**Resumen del Puesto**
El Especialista Administrativo de Cuentas por Cobrar (AR Administrative Specialist) es responsable de realizar diversas tareas generales administrativas y de soporte al área de cuentas por cobrar. Este rol asegura el mantenimiento y procesamiento preciso de los sistemas de digitalización, el envío de facturas y la comunicación interdepartamental, contribuyendo al funcionamiento eficiente del departamento.

**Responsabilidades Esenciales**
- Mantener y monitorear los sistemas de digitalización que vinculan documentos y registros con el sistema principal (legacy system)
- Asegurar el archivo, organización y retención adecuados de todos los archivos digitales procesados por el departamento
- Comunicarse y coordinarse con otros departamentos internos para resolver cualquier problema relacionado con el sistema de digitalización
- Realizar tareas administrativas generales, incluyendo captura de datos, gestión de documentos y elaboración de reportes
- Operar el equipo de oficina estándar requerido (impresora, escáner, copiadora, etc.)
- Mantener la confidencialidad y cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
- Otras funciones asignadas

**Calificaciones**

**Educación y Experiência**
- Se requiere preparatoria terminada o equivalente; se prefiere carrera técnica o equivalente
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência relevante en roles administrativos o de cuentas por cobrar
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel y aplicaciones basadas en Windows
- Familiaridad con el uso de equipo de oficina y prácticas generales de oficina

**Idioma y Habilidades de Comunicación**
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, verbales y de comunicación escrita
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al equipo
- Dominio del idioma inglés, tanto oral como escrito

**Importante**:
Esta posición es **temporal**, con una duración **mínima de 3 meses**.
