Responsible of the Operations of the Shift. Responsible for developing a work culture with a safety approach. Responsible for the implementation of safety procedures. Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, advising and delegate the activities associated with the production of parts of the production line and logistics on floor, oriented to continuous improvement based on the requirements of the SPW. Plan all activities concerning the product and the process. Responsible for plant production, daily review of the production program in coordination with the Department of Production Control, track inventory in warehouse, coordination of the timing and production schedule. Lead the activities in conjunction with department supervisors to comply with the results of the HPH lines, ADCT OEE and OLE. Formability steel Blank cutting dies Selection of steel types for machining Heat treatment Aluminum formability Lubrication control in forming processes System knowledge. Electrical Knowledge in pneumatics" Fluency English 8 years experience r esponsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce breakdowns and quality problem. Being a leader and encourage teamwork with service areas. Involvement in the process for production troubleshooting, maintenance and Die room. Implement with rigor SPW strategy focused on quality and plant productivity. Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
