**Sales Specialist-Mandarin Speaking**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a bilingual Sales Specialists to join our team. Each specialist will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, obtaining and managing accounts, and providing excellent service to meet customer needs. The roles require proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse teams and clients. The focus of this opportunity is to process quarterly quotation updates for all awarded projects. This individual will then conduct material review with our Chinese team. The accuracy and delivery of the information is key to this site's and Foxconn's success.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships to enhance the bottom line and grow sales, maximizing profit.
- Account Management:

- Obtain orders from existing accounts and establish new accounts by responding to requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining quality service to meet customer needs.
- Data and Document Management: Utilize Microsoft 365 skills to prepare work by gathering, sorting, organizing data, information, and documents to prepare reports, bids, pricing models, and quote proposals.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints by participating in and observing operational activities, investigating issues, and composing responses.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, collect, analyze, and summarize data to provide information and respond to requests.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Account curriculum completed
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting
- Mandarin speaking
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
