We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) business while supporting operations across key local marketplaces. This role requires strong hands-on Amazon experience, knowledge of local tax regulations, and the ability to drive sales through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) operations: catalog, inventory, POs, pricing & promotions
Ensure full compliance with local tax and platform regulations
Track daily KPIs, forecast inventory, and drive sales performance
Use Seller Central (SC) expertise to optimize listings and operational processes
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for growth
Support operations for Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool, and other marketplaces
Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams
Prepare regular performance reports and manage customer feedback & ratings
Requirements
3–8 years of e-commerce operations or marketplace experience
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Mexico VC and Amazon SC operations
Strong understanding of Mexican e-commerce tax rules & compliance
Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool
Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and execution mindset
Languages Required/Desired: Spanish & English (Mandarin is a plus)
Experience in consumer electronics or working with Chinese brands is a plus
