Key Responsibilities
**1) Resort communications manager**
- Keep open communication channels between resorts and couples, assure rapid responses, escalate issues when needed.
**2) Couple conversion & consultation calls**
- Conduct calls (English-speaking) with prospective couples to explain what resorts we offer, highlight why they’re great choices (using our website list).
- Lock in couples: guide them through options, help them decide, answer questions about venue features, food, wedding capacity, etc.
- Make sure couples are confident about their resort choice and we (Wedding Plan 360) are facilitating & securing the booking.
**3) Site inspections & content creation (1 day per week)**
- Visit the resorts we offer: do on-site inspections, check facilities, review wedding event setups, do food tastings.
- Capture video content and photos (for our marketing / website / social media) of resorts in “wedding mode”.
- Report findings back to the internal team (Wedding Plan 360) with recommendations, highlight features, any caveats, and ensure resorts meet our standards.
Required Skills/Experience
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) - essential.
- Basic hospitality industry knowledge (resort environments, weddings) is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally (Cancún/Riviera Maya), inspect resorts, be on site.
- Video/photo content creation skills (smartphone or camera) and good eye for what “good content” looks like.
- Strong communication skills, prompt response mindset (for WhatsApp etc).
- Ideally bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a benefit since local resort staff often speak Spanish.
- Self-motivated, able to work with mínimal direct supervision, flexible schedule (resort visits may require weekends / evenings).
