Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company but still maintain that "small-town" feeling and community here at PAM. **About This Opportunity** You will be responsible for selling our Cross-Border Asset Based and Logistics and transportation services in a specific region within Mexico. **Responsibilities** - Prospecting for new clients to present our logistics and transportation services. - Provide support and follow-up to existing customers. - Negotiating prices and closing sales. - Work closely with the Mexico sales and operations teammates as well as sales counterparts in the US to develop your territory. - Design account and individual growth strategies that are consistent with our companies growth goals. **Requirements**: - 5+ proven years’ experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a larger provider in the logistics and transportation sector. - Ability to communicate strategies and results to the executive level of our organization. - Proven track record in cold calling, setting appointments, presenting and meeting with potential customers, pricing, proposals through to closing the deal. - Current relationships with large international shippers in the market. - Deep knowledge of the main logistics and transportation companies in Monterrey and their operation in the local market. - Knowledge of the most important companies in the city. - Experience working B2B sales. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. - Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, international business or similar. - Fluent in English and Spanish. **What we offer**: - Major medical expense insurance. - Savings fund. - 20 days of annual bonus. - 3 additional vacation days per year. - Performance bonus - Much more PAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.
