**Descripción del trabajo**:
Como Clinical Trainer, desempeñarás un papel crucial en el éxito de nuestra empresa al proporcionar capacitación y desarrollo continuo a nuestro equipo de ventas. Serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de capacitación que mejoren el conocimiento y las habilidades de nuestro equipo en relación con nuestros productos farmacéuticos especializados. Además, colaborarás estrechamente con los departamentos de ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos para garantizar la alineación de la capacitación con nuestros objetivos comerciales y estratégicos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y mantener material de capacitación actualizado y relevante.
- Impartir capacitación en persona y en línea a representantes de ventas y otros empleados.
- Evaluar continuamente la efectividad de los programas de capacitación y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con los departamentos internos para identificar y abordar las necesidades de capacitación.
- Participar en el diseño y la ejecución de estrategias de lanzamiento de productos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia u otro campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa como Clinical Trainer en la industria farmacéutica.
- Conocimiento profundo de la regulación y el mercado farmacéutico.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para viajar según sea necesario.
