**ERP Support Desk Specialist / PCA Expeditor**

**What you will enjoy doing**
Expediting role:
- You will review and analyze supplier progress reports
- Additionally, you will perform regular progress review visits at supplier’s manufacturing locations and prepare the supplier visit report
- Identify and escalate potential delivery delay related risks and issues within supplier’s organization
- Develop and track solutions to mitigate potential risks and issues within the supply chain relevant to the supplier’s performance
- Close alignment with interface departments during order execution like Engineering, Purchasing or Logistics is part of your role
- You will monitor contractual delivery dates set in the purchase order
- Support the Project Expediting Manager and report to Project Management
- Maintain and update relevant Information in SAP MM
- Verify Penalty claims and perform close-outs meetings with suppliers in case of disputes
- Further, you will perform supplier Ratings
- Review Payment Milestones and release invoices
- The Expeditor reports operationally to the Project Expediting Manager within the assigned project and functionally to the Head of Expediting
ERP Support Desk Specialist role:
- You will use company business system, SAP MM, SupplierConnect platform, other available tools to provide onboarding, training and support to suppliers using the SupplierConnect platform (Purchasing, Expediting and Logistics modules)
- You also will contact suppliers actively in case of data inconsistencies in the SupplierConnect system
- Additionally, you will create system based reportings
- You will conduct Linde internal trainings and refresher sessions for the SupplierConnect platform
- You will also maintain user guidance manual for SupplierConnect and you will collect user feedback (internal/external) of SupplierConnect Platform
- Your role will include support with Linde internal SupplierConnect related requests
- You will coordinate / Collaborate with Purchasing, Expediting & Logistics teams
- Further, you will execute receiving transactions in company business systems
**What makes you great**
- You have experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- You are solution oriented, self organized and team oriented work attitude
- Additionally, you have Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
- You have a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and customer service/helpdesk/education carrier experience
- You also have two (2) years’ experience in customer service/helpdesk/education carrier tasks
- You have proven records of successful delivery of trainings/educational classes/technical consultancy
- You have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
- In addition, you have effective analytical and problem-solving skills and organizational skills
You must be comfortable providing coaching and educational support to internal and external customers

The position owner will be LENA´s single point of contact for all supply chain issues related to commodities including life cycle management, overall supplier relationship, proposals and purchases, aftermarket support, escalation of issues and supplier performance. Acts as the liaison between Global / Regional Suppliers and our Internal customers (Linde Engineering, Global COE, Global Plant Operations Global Hydrogen, and Research & Development) management. The Commodity manager creates winning solutions through knowledge of the industry, collaboration on market opportunities, use of frame agreements (FA’s), introduction of new supplier options, knowledge of equipment and ability to deliver results through high impact negotiations.
