1.1 Client Integration
1)Finish the client integration testing on time.
2)Support AM and Sales about the system issues which client meet.
1.2 Vendor Integration1) Finish the standard vendor integration on time, take part in the nonstandard vendor process integration.2) Support business department about the integration issues which they meet.
1.3 System issues1) Support for business department about the system issues when they meet.2) Record system bug and feedback to tech team, and tracking it until fixed.
1.4 Define the process1) Report the nonstandard issues, and discuss the issues with Intermediate tech support to define a standard process.
1.5 Sharing1) Based on standard process or special business, crate the workflow, and sharing to Tech team.2) Sharing the technology or business which knows well to tech Support team.1.6 Improve
1)Based on exist system function and operation process, feedback possible optimizations and improvements.2)Go deep into the front-line operation to collect the feedback and suggestions from operators, sort out and feedback to supervisor.
3)Cooperate with the product manager to promote the implementation of new system functions and new optimization.2.

**Required Skills**:
2.1 Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
2.2 Good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, strong logical thinking ability and pressure ability.
2.3 Knowing the basic knowledge about the API integration and the tools, like Postman, JMeter or SoapUI are preferred.
2.4 Knowing the basic about SQL language, and the database like MySQL, Oracle or SQLSERVER are preferred.
2.5 Express and logistics industries are preferred, have the work experience with ERP, TMS or WMS system are preferred.
2.6 Good document writing ability is preferred
