Different Technologies LLC is a digital financial services and technology company that aims to become the primary financial relationship of Mexican consumers and to reward their financial life through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security.Our company was founded by executives that built some of the most innovative and successful digital banking businesses in the world.We are building the strongest team to transform forever the Mexican banking landscape and how banks will work in the future.To do this, we are working on building the largest digital bank in MexicoWe are looking for our next IT Customer Support Specialist:Job responsibilities:- Manage the incoming flow of incidents at the 1st level of IT support- Find the root causes of problems and organize their solution- Build problem management process- Create, modify and improve incident handling processes- Develop monitoring of business services- Communicate with other teams and partners- Working schedule: Every 2 days, 12 hours.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year experience in IT support or process optimization department- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles. Certificate not required- Experience with ITSM systems- Basic knowledge of SQL and API principles- Knowledge of English not lower than level Intermediate- Understanding of customer service principles, priorities and goalsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 12 horas
