**Overview**

**Position Details**
- **Location**: Latin America (LatAm)
- **Time Zone**: Full overlap with USA Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- **Engagement**: 6 months
- **Hours**: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential to scale up based on project needs
- **Start Date**: ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions using the specified Cisco technologies.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and ongoing check-ins to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, dedicating approximately 2 hours per week to each project.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
- Informacast and Informacast Fusion
- Webex and Webex Calling
- Cisco Unity
- Instant Messaging & Presence (IM&P)
- Voice Gateways and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
- Expressway and Mobile and Remote Access (MRA)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience working in a LatAm region with teams in the USA Eastern Time Zone.
- Experience with remote and distributed teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
