**What we’re looking for**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Growth Specialist** to create & execute our B2B growth efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our acquisition strategy to drive engagement, build brand authority, and support our business goals in the B2B sector.
**Requirements**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Own the lead generation target for the sales team. You are ultimately responsible for this number—whether it goes up or down, you understand why, and you’ve built a repeatable system to either replicate success or course-correct as needed. This must not rely on one-off actions, but on a scalable, data-informed engine that drives predictable lead flow.
- Develop and execute the B2B acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and scaling acquisition channels, identifying which ones to prioritize and double down on based on performance and feedback loops.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, performance marketing, social media, white papers, case studies, and more.
- Work alongside a team of content creators, ensuring the delivery of consistent, engaging, and high-impact messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, production, and customer success—to create content that aligns with business objectives and supports key initiatives.
- Track and analyze content performance to continuously optimize strategies and improve results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
**Who you are**:
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in B2B Acquisition roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies in the B2B sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and examples of your writing portfolio.
- Strong user of AI tools in your day to day.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
**Plus: if applicable**:
- Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2-C1).
- Proficient in Hubspot Marketing Hub
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
