Together, we are building a more efficient, automated, and seamless financial ecosystem for businesses.Join us and shape the future of B2B fintech**Please note that only resumes submitted in English will be considered.****Role at a Glance**The Growth Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition through a combination of performance marketing, content strategy, and CRM optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, is data-obsessed, and enjoys working across the entire funnel—from paid campaigns to post-click optimization and lead nurturing.**Core Responsibilities**- Launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.- Own and execute tactical content needs such as campaign briefs, copy testing, and landing page variants, aligned to conversion goals.- Optimize HubSpot for campaign performance—lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, and attribution.- Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and handoff.- Own and report on key growth metrics like CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality.- Run A/B tests to iterate on messaging, audiences, landing pages, and creative.**Technical Skills**The following technical skills and tools are mandatory for success in this role. Proficiency with these will enable the individual to perform efficiently and meet the expectations of the position.- Meta Ads - Performance campaign management focused on mid-market and B2B clients.- Google Ads - Proficiency in managing search and display campaigns.- Hubspot - CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, attribution and reporting configuration.- Looker Studio - Build or interpret dashboards to monitor performance and ROI.**Relevant Experience and Qualifications**Ideal experience for this role can be gained through a combination of professional career, educational background, certifications, or relevant projects.- 2-4 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments- Track record of success managing digital acquisition and funnel optimization- Experience building and optimizing lifecycle marketing in HubSpot- Ability to balance creative ideation with analytical execution- Intermediate to Advance English**Perks**:- Stock options (after 3 months)- Legally required vacation days- "Dia Yaydoo": 1 extra day off per month- 30 days of year-end bonus- 25% vacation premium- Private health insurance- Free daily lunch in our office cafeteriaEmbark on a journey with Yaydoo and explore how we can collaborate to catapult your business to the next level.
