Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Marketing.

Esta persona será responsable por apoyar a la dirección de marketing en diversas funciones.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Asistir al director con proyectos e iniciativas completando las tareas asignadas.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones positivas con los stakeholders y los empleados.
- Ayudar a la directora a establecer y hacer cumplir presupuestos, plazos y métricas.
- Organizar y archivar documentos, tomar notas y entregar mensajes a la directora.
- Programación, organización y participación en eventos de la empresa.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Capacidad para cumplir los plazos y trabajar bajo presión con supervisión limitada

Fuertes habilidades organizativas, la capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades con demandas en competencia.
- 1-3 años de experiência profesional como asistente de dirección preferiblemente en un FMCG.
- Paquete de Office.
- Inglés avanzado habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Gestión del tiempo, habilidades interpersonales y organizativas.
- Licenciatura en administración, marketing o campo relacionado.
