LLM Fair Trade Inc., an innovative company based in New York, is seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager/Director to join our passionate and hands-on team. As the Influencer Marketing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for growing our e-commerce presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging sales platforms. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will play a crucial role in driving impact across the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and onboard influencers to promote our e-commerce brands
- Coordinate with the Creative Art Director to develop content materials for social media
- Proofread and improve content requests
- Provide excellent customer service to influencers
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Work independently without supervision
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing
- Proficiency in TikTok and influencer marketing
- Experience driving sales on platforms like Amazon
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, TikTok influencer marketplace, and Microsoft Office
