Job description:
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager Consultant with expertise in financial transactions, treasury management systems, risk consulting, and accounting advisory. In this role, you will advise clients on optimizing their treasury operations, cash management, risk management frameworks, and transaction accounting processes, while ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and best practices. You will also play a key role in building out the firm’s risk advisory practice, providing thought leadership and developing service offerings in treasury risk management. You will work closely with CFOs, Treasurers, Risk Officers, and finance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from system implementation and integration to technical accounting guidance for complex treasury and risk-related transactions.

**Required Skills**:

- Deliver risk consulting services, including identification, measurement, and mitigation of treasury and market risks.
- Lead client engagements focused on treasury management systems (TMS) implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and governance models for treasury functions.
- Support clients with treasury transformation and risk management projects, including process automation, risk analytics, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions across treasury, accounting, and risk.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm’s risk advisory practice, including creation of methodologies, tools, and client deliverables.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in financial services, corporate treasury, or a risk consulting environment.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives, funding, and investments, with ability to assess risk exposures.
- Knowledge of hedge effectiveness testing, hedge documentation, and hedge accounting strategies.
- System/software implementation experience, particularly in TMS and risk management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to help build and expand a practice area, including thought leadership, business development, and client relationship management.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

CFA, CPA, or CTP certification is preferred
