Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
- Promote risk awareness and continuous improvement of supply risk management capabilities.
- Ensure Integer’s Supply Risk Management process is being utilized across all Integer manufacturing sites.
- Monitor and communicate high risk supply situations to ensure risk management and execution to established plans.
- Based on risk rankings, work with Global Sourcing and Site Supply Chain teams to create, develop, and implement supplier risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the site teams to develop business continuity plans for high-risk, high exposure suppliers.
- Provide guidance to the Integer sites to ensure requirements of the Supply Risk Management process are fully understood and properly implemented.
- Partner with Integer sites and internal support functions to ensure that all risk assessment and mitigation requirements have been met; risk is monitored and mitigated.
- Work with Global Sourcing Contracts team to ensure Security of Supply Agreements are in place with applicable suppliers.
- Support supplier selection and contracting and reassess risks associated with a supplier prior to business award or renewal of contracts.
- Monitor risk incidents, countermeasures including development and execution of corrective action plans, and ensure follow-on reporting and monitoring.
- Provide and maintain supplier risk reporting. Develop structured reports to continually assess, drive, and document key supply risks. Manage the reporting and alerts of potential disruptions to the supply chain.
- Consolidate supplier performance and risk scoring data across all manufacturing sites, and ensure it is updated per policy for continual evaluation.
- Work with Corporate Quality team to improve and implement Supplier Risk Management procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Enterprise Supplier Risk Management process, including policies, governance, risk modelling, controls, continuous monitoring, and technology.
- Incorporate existing risk management tools and facilitate the implementation of new tools, including selection of potential 3rd party risk management solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the supplier risk management field.
- Support Commodity Management Team in use of decision support tools including supplier scorecard, risk management, and any additional tools which are added in the future.
- Perform other functions as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required; MBA a plus.
- Minimum Experience: 7 years of experience in supply chain management, quality or related process-driven field. Knowledge of applicable concepts, methodologies, and governance structures to manage risk programs.

- Understand supply chain risks and have experience implementing supplier risk management programs.
- Knowledge of supplier risk management frameworks, methodologies and strategies.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Managing in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate productively throughout the organization.
- Self-directed/driven with excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to understand multiple reporting tools, manipulate and manage large volumes of data.

- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office with focus on advanced Excel skills and analysis.
- Experience with Oracle and BICS is preferred.
