You support our team as PROCESS ENGINEER **Responsibilities**: - Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production and quality targets. - Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Support new product introductions, tooling development, and process validation activities (PPAP, APQP). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production to resolve technical issues. - Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. - Monitor key process indicators and drive actions to achieve operational excellence. - Problem resolution using Quality tools (e.g. 5 Why´s, A3, etc) and close activities - Problem analysis through SPC on process - Responsible for industrial engineering activities: time and motion studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, documentation creation. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Productive Process (Desirable) - Automotive Industry experience as process engineer (At least 2 years necessary) - Core Tools and Lean Tools - Knowledge on IATF 16949 - SAP knowledge for BOM, routers, costing, material creation and inventories. - Excellent organizational and self-directed planning skills The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
