Responsibilities:

- Review, prepare the initial draft, and negotiate customer and partner-facing software, SaaS and services-related orders, SOWs, agreements, and amendments based on established guidelines.
- Enforce company contracting guidelines, methodology and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate commercial, revenue recognition, and legal issues when appropriate.
- Review non-standard terms and involve necessary teams to obtain approval.
- Work closely with attorneys to support drafting and obtaining approvals for complex customer agreements.
- Communicate frequently with cross functional teams including SMEs, Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, Support, Product and Operations to ensure negotiations result in optimal terms and close customer transactions.
- Review executed customer agreements to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
- Assist with the creation, updating, and maintaining of contract templates, playbooks, and SOPs.
- Administrative tasks and reporting related to revenue contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-related issues, software licensing, SaaS, professional services, and revenue recognition.
- Support continuous process improvement company wide.
- Perform other responsibilities and special projects in support of the legal team's goals and initiatives.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in deal support or contract management role at a SaaS company
- Experience drafting and processing contracts through a contract lifecycle
- Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Experience working with US based technology companies
- Ability to prioritize and process high volumes of contracts to align with Sales targets
- Understanding of legal, risk, and business impacts to contract language and deal velocity
- An eye for detail
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and build strong working relationships with individuals in other departments
