As a BPA Sr. Analyst, R&D IOD and Strategy supporting R&D Finance, you will be trusted to work on short
- and long-term financial planning at Mexico City (Hybrid).

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

- Executing data visualization reports and dashboards.
- Supporting the execution of month-end processes for certain R&D functions, demonstrating business understanding and curiosity.
- Acting as a liaison to the Win IT financial management team and assisting in variance analysis and journal entry preparation.
- Assisting in PO troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensuring adequate accounting, reporting, and control systems to identify risks, inform opportunities, and meet forecast accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 4+ years in finance operations, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Technical skills:

- Proficiency in SAP, BI, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Prior shared service experience is a plus.
- Behaviors:

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in demanding and resource-constrained environments.
