- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Exercise leadership in the execution of the business sales strategy and act as focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations of long term contracts, new production pricing, warranty terms and conditions, prototype prices and successfully win new business.
- Support the definition and implementation of a medium
- and long-term key account sales strategy, taking into consideration the specific needs of the customer. Support establishing the current, medium
- and long-term plans and follow the objectives set by Manager Sales based on the key account sales strategy. Leading the sales efforts to achieve internal acceptance of the customer strategy from other functional areas before implementation.
- Pursue new business opportunities by collecting information in early stage of the sourcing activities, support generation of profitable sales opportunities for the dedicated customer accounts. Support definition of target price based on the minimum sales price calculated by the BUs in agreement with the Sales Manager.
- Manage timely quotation of new business by internally driving the quote process, including PAC reviews and initiation of SOF and subsequent updates needed based on the PDP system.
- Manage and prepare pricing proposals, review them with customers and address any concerns.
- Responsible for new projects quotation and negotiation to include price proposals, timeline negotiations between MAHLE Engineering Teams, R&D Groups and Production operations in the USA and Mexico.
- Your Skills & Strengths- Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering or Business Administration.
- Requires Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience of 5+ years in similar position with knowledge of OEM in the Automotive Industry with commercial account management experience.
- Requires the ability to manage multiple account/customer.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of advanced excel is desired.
