Impulsa tu carrera como Supervisor de Producción en nuestra planta de Mexicali. En este rol, liderarás a nuestro equipo operativo para alcanzar metas de seguridad, servicio, calidad y costos.

¿Qué Harás?
- Gestionar el Recurso Humano (Incidencias de Nómina, Ausentismo, Rotación, Acciones Disciplinarias, Permisos, Vacaciones Etc.)
- Ejecutar planes de producción y limpieza.
- Monitorear el uso de materias primas.
- Capacitar en la matriz de habilidades de Mantenimiento Autónomo.
- Auditar el cumplimiento de los pasos de Mantenimiento Autónomo.
- Proporcionar entrenamiento y seguimiento en coaching de Mantenimiento Autónomo.
- Actualizar documentos de de Mantenimiento Autónomo y operación del sistema de calidad
- Asegurar la adherencia a los protocolos Standard Work (tableros, informes, reuniones diarias, objetivos, productividad, seguridad, calidad, Etc.)
- Dirigir talleres con dueños de equipos operativos.
- Participar en reuniones de mejora continua (KAIZEN, ACR, WORKSHOPS)
- Realizar recorridos Gemba
- Asistir a reuniones Daily DIrection Setting
- Seguir procedimientos de Mantenimiento Autónomo -DMS

Experiência y requisitos
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o a fin.
- 3 años de experiência como supervisor
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint
- Inglés Intermedio Avanzado
- Disponibilidad para Rotar Turnos
- Habilidades de Manejo de Personal
- Habilidades de Análisis Estratégico
- Organizado, Enfocado a Resultados, Sentido de Urgencia, Capacidad de Reacción.
