Responsibilities
- Oversees, manages, and coordinates personnel in the Production Department working with intermediate and/or advanced technology processes and equipment. Motivates, supports, and trains the team to foster innovation, technical development, participation in process improvements, and adherence to quality standards.
- Responsible for recruiting new production operators and managing current staff, including performance evaluations, promotions, and employment actions for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Supervises quality, safety, and working conditions, and is responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the department by promoting methodologies such as TPM, 5S, and Kanban replenishment.
- Acts as an active leader and promoter of Panduit's key programs, including Cultural Beliefs (PIL training), Lean, Six Sigma, TWI, Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmen
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in production metrics (OEE, scrap, EHE, etc.).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, continuous improvement tools, Kaizen
