The HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs
- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)
- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of client facing or consulting experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or Masters degree
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification
- 6+ years of client facing or consulting experience
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
