**About Us**: - Delta Express is a multicultural logistics company providing transportation services in the United States, Mexico and Canada. _ **We offer you**: - Base salary (in USD) - Vacation of 10 days per year - Opportunity for growth within the company - Free English classes and corporate training - Pleasant work environment and friendly international staff - Full-paid training - Before you start working with us, we invite you to get to know us at the _"Welcome Day"_. **What will you do?** - Devising tests and assessing employees’ English language proficiency; - Reviewing and adapting language training programs to meet employees’ needs; - Acting as a facilitator and driver for extracurricular activities for employees; - Designing and implementing assessment/feedback provision standards; - Observing teachers’ lessons, providing feedback, setting training standards and monitoring compliance with them; - Designing and delivering professional development events for teachers - language classes, teacher trainings, workshops, meet-ups, etc., and language/soft skills training programs for employees (offline/online formats, LMS platform); - Keeping accurate and timely records; - Attending department meetings, professional trainings; - Promoting lifelong learning culture among teammates. **Your experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Language Education / English Studies / Psychology or related **(_REQUIRED_)**: - English proficiency - _C1/C2_ **(_REQUIRED_)**: - 3 years+ of relevant teaching/training experience (adult audience, preferably, as a corporate English teacher/corporate trainer) **(_REQUIRED_)**: - Experience in teaching business English / English for specific purposes / soft skills **(_REQUIRED_)** - Experience in devising and delivering customized study programs (language, soft skills, etc) - Experience in devising language tests - Remote training experience, - Work experience in a multinational team, - Proven interest in continuous professional development (additional certifications, trainings, etc.) - Proactivity, flexibility, excellent communication skills; being positive, inquisitive and creative; ability to motivate and guide others, work independently - Proven language ability (CAE/CPE/IELTS/TOEFL certificate) **(_PREFERRED_)**: - Experience in employee assessment, feedback provision, teacher training **(_PREFERRED_)** **Job Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM _(Full Time)_ **Salary**:$1,000 USD per month **Salary**: $18,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Please write your English level percentage (speaking and writing) - Are you available to work on-site at the location of this vacancy? - Can you tell us, please, what is your salary expectation? **Language**: - English (required)
