**Play your part in our team success**

The Packaging Supervisor leads a complete group of operators, and ensures that the KPIs of the area are met, guaranteeing compliance with the production plan.

The main challenges for this position are the management of interest groups, the development of people, the follow-up of the tactical implementation plan, guaranteeing the protection of the brand and the confidentiality of the novelty and the participation with other plants to share the best practices.

**Core Responsabilities**
- Responsible for promoting and guaranteeing the integrity of employees through security tools implemented in the organization (for example, proactive security, risk location assessment, process confirmation, LOTO).
- Guarantee compliance with the quality and safety standard (Product Safety, Quality Control Manual, IMS).
- Ensure and maintain compliance with the production plan, maximizing and optimizing resources and producing in sequence.
- Execution and compliance with the pollution plan.
- Monitoring and fulfillment of area KPI's.
- Participation in the deployment of the business strategy in your group.
- Support the continuous improvement program (LCI tools)
- Troubleshooting through root cause analysis and implementation of improvements

**¿** **Do you have what it takes?**
- Educacion: Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related.
- Experience: At least 2 years as Production leader with experience leading minimun a groups of 30 operators.
- Skills: Collaboration-People Development-Result Orientation-Team leadership
- Knowledge: Demostrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff welfare, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics.
- Capacity of analysis and problem solving.
- Holistic and strategic vision to take decisions in the short and medium term.
- PC medium level (office), projects execution, integrated management system (safety and quality).
- English Intermiedate.
