We are a prominent personal injury law firm based in California with a strong track record of representing clients in a variety of personal injury cases. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a talented remote Business Development Specialist who will help us forge new partnerships and referrals from businesses within California.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential business partners located in California
- Present the value proposition of our law firm's services to both California-based businesses and potential clients
- Clearly articulate our firm's expertise and competitive advantages to establish trust and credibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals
- Track and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results
- Meet and exceed monthly performance-based bonus targets

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively pitch and close deals over the phone
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Familiarity with the personal injury law industry is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Representative: 2 years (preferred)
