Customer Service Coordinator

**Requisitos**:

- Edad entre 30 y 40 años.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura.
- Buen nível de inglés INDISPENSABLE.
- Experiência de 2 o más años en puesto similar.
- Fácil acceso a Zapopan.

Actividades:

- Recibir tickets con reportes de fallas en plataforma.
- Análisis de la falla para direccionar a la persona correcta.
- Seguimiento de reportes desde inicio hasta termino.
- Presentación de seguimiento de reportes.
- Atención al cliente.

Ofrecemos:

- Sueldo : $19,000 mensuales.
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:30 pm PRESENCIAL.
- Apoyo para continuar estudiando inglés.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $19,000.00 - $19,250.00 al mes
