**About the Role**

As a key member of our patient services team, you will manage vital patient interactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inbound Call Management**: Handle a high volume of calls for appointment scheduling, patient registration, and general inquiries.
- **Patient Communication**: Proactively conduct appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and respond to patient questions with knowledgeable and courteous guidance.
- **Information Management**: Accurately utilize workplace systems and resources (multiple screens/programs) to deliver efficient and exceptional customer service.
- **Documentation**: Maintain precise and confidential patient records and documentation.

**What You'll Bring (Requirements)**
- **Bilingual Fluency**:Required fluency in English** (written and verbal) and **Spanish** (verbal).
- **Tech Proficiency**: Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate and utilize multiple software systems simultaneously (multitasking).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- **High-Volume Management**: Proven ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

**Schedule**

- **Gestión de Información**: Utilizar con precisión los sistemas y recursos del lugar de trabajo (múltiples pantallas/programas) para brindar un servicio al cliente eficiente y excepcional.
- **Documentación**: Mantener registros precisos y confidenciales de pacientes y documentación.

- **Fluidez Bilingüe**:Fluidez requerida en inglés** (escrito y verbal) y **español** (verbal).
