Si cuentas con licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o Negocios Internacionales, 3 a 5 años de experiência en el puesto e industria (MODA), te caracterizas por tener actitud de servicio, trabajar en equipo, ser una persona proactiva, responsable, donde comprendes la importancia del servicio a los clientes y estás en busca de tu desarrollo profesional, esta oportunidad es para ti.SI NO CUENTAS CON EXPERIENCIA SOLICITADA, NO SERÁS CONSIDERADO.

Las principales actividades a desarrollar son:
Atención y seguimiento a los envíos de nuestros clientes.

Apoyo y elaboración de cotizaciones.

Fomentar la fidelización y retencIón de clientes.

Eficientar el canal entre área de venta-operaciones.

Ser el punto de contacto para la atención de los clientes, en ausencia del área de ventas.

Habilidades:
Gusto por el servicio y la resolución de situaciones.

Sensibilidad comercial.

Disponibilidad.

Brindar guía y orientación a clientes respecto a sus necesidades de transporte..

Conocimientos:
Logística, importación y exportación aérea, marítima y terrestre

Fórmula para cálculo de peso, volumen y peso cargable

Términos logísticosPuertos y aeropuertos

Competencias:
Comunicación asertiva

Alto sentido de urgencia

Excelente actitud de servicio

Autoadministrado

Ofrecemos:
Contratación directa

Sueldo Competitivo + Prestaciones Superiores a las de la ley

Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm, Tlalnepantla de Baz

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempo

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes

Horas previstas: 9 por semana
