Currently we are looking for our next**:Legal Operations Counsel** **Which is the main objective of this role?** Provide counsel on a broad range of relevant legal issues focus on securing the business continuity and adequate performance of the supply chain of the Foods business in Mexico, including 297 DCs, and 17 production plants avoiding monetary fines or closures, as well as legal support to the fleet and transport area ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations. Design and deploy legal strategies to mitigate environmental, construction, real estate, sustainability, energy. Chief of Staff for operations area. **What will you be doing?** - Lead and handle the environmental and labor inspections of all PepsiCo’s Mexico facilities. Nearly 200 per year. - Respond to the inspection reports, guide the EHS of each site for the attention of the inspector, whether STPS, Environmental, etc. - Create guidelines to have fewer observations derived from inspections, generating lower penalties and sanctions risks - Constant revisions to the sites and strategies identifying the legal risks and executing specific actions according to the case to mitigate any legal risk. - Provide legal counsel to the production plants and distribution centers on a variety of legal issues, including environmental issues, labor inspections, legal permits and licenses, sanitary matters, and legal notices. (decision) - Protect, ensure and guarantee the operation of plants, distribution centers, branches, warehouses, offices and sales, according to the applicable legal framework.
