**Then come and join our global team as Customer Service Sales Business Administrator México, Costa Rica & El Salvador**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- The CS MAM Sales Business Administrator supports sales representatives to make customer deals.
- Follow-up to contract formalization
- Validate Customer Credit Limit
- Responsible for financials during the offer preparation (Tender rate, Margin, Inflation) in order to assure pricing excellence
- Assure pricing method in MX, CR & ESV for Business Area / Business Line
- Review the contractual conditions (Risk, Penalties, Payment Terms, etc)
- Forecast of New Orders, Renewals Revenue, On Call Business (Case, Best Case, Worst Case)
- Responsible for Internal Prices (Ex: Warranty, Extended Warranty)
- Support to New CS Portfolio Business (Ex: Education, Option & Upgrades)
- Follow Up of Contract Expiration Dates
- Making recommendations based on customer needs
- Reponsible por OPW Opportunities (SIA / PIA)
- Track contract/customers margins assuring profitability during the preparation of the offer
- Customer Negotiation
- Responsible of Forecasting New Orders, Revenue related to renewals, On Call Business Opportunities.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Knime.
- Knowledge of software accounting and financial management.
- Intermediate to Advanced English
