Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Remote

We are a full-service real estate firm dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods within the Chicagoland area. We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting professional with a flair for creativity and a passion for audience engagement. This role supports our Marketing Division by counseling tenants on social media best practices, conducting industry research, brainstorming innovative marketing strategies, and more. No two days are the same, so adaptability, organization, and the ability to learn on the fly are essential.
**Daily Responsibilities**:
- Develop creative marketing strategies and provide input into the overall marketing plan.
- Counsel tenants on effective social media practices and assist in maintaining their professional profiles.
- Conduct industry research, analyze competitor activity, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the firm’s marketing efforts.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and feedback to refine strategies and explore new techniques.
- Assist in creating and curating industry-focused content for social media platforms and monthly newsletters.
- Design marketing materials and campaigns using tools like Adobe and Photoshop (certifications preferred).
- Manage paid media campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Utilize advanced Excel for reporting and analytics and learn the billing system to generate invoices for marketing services.
- Familiarize yourself with commercial real estate listing services to assist the brokerage division.
**Qualifications**:
- Enrollment in or completion of a marketing, advertising, communications, or related program at an accredited four-year university.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop, and other design tools (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media, and Google Ads.
- Advanced Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Native-like English communication skills.
- A willingness to learn new systems and tools to support billing and client services.
