With high proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is an asset- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or similar role- Proven track record of creating successful campaigns- Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and sales- Proficient in content marketing, content growth, and SEO- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google+ and other social media best practices.- Good understanding of social media KPIs- Strong analytical skills- Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Good time-management skills- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills- Flexibility- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends, when required.- Must hold a valid passport; must be able to travel internationally.- Pro-active approach and ability to deliver results, high level of maturity and integrity.- Knowledge and experience with digital recruitment tactics.- Experience with a CRM would be an asset.- Excellent customer service skills- Proficient knowledge of MS Office- Expert in Social Media management: IG, Facebook, YouTube,- Experience in Mailchimp, Zapier- Experience with E marketing- Experience in graphic design, making and editing video- Experience in digital marketing and SEO writing is a significant asset- Experience using photography and videography equipment/editing software is an asset- Details-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or customer service roles- Have a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changes and work under strict guidelines and deadlines.**Responsibilities**:Social media marketing managers’ responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google + etc.). Typical responsibilities include:- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization's brand and social media strategy- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns- Developing and executing social media and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales- Keeping track of the latest trends in social media and incorporating them into campaigns- Managing media relations- Working together with the marketing department to create compelling content for publication or campaigns- Staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies- Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggesting content optimization- Contact local & international agencies & prospective students to promote school- Identify and target agencies and prospective students for partnership and registration- Maintain sales records for reporting purposes- Provide after sale service after the students register- Assist office with administrative duties- Be responsible for organizing and hosting seminars and school events- .Achieve student recruitment targets and motivate agents to reach recruitment targets.- Participate in the College international social media strategy for the purpose of recruitment, marketing and student interactions.- Liaising with relevant social media content creators to develop a content calendar supporting recruitment activities and efforts.- Drafts reports on recruitment activities and identifying opportunities in region.**Salary**: $11,192.58 - $20,319.47 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Education Industry: 3 years (preferred)- Social Media: 3 years (preferred)- Content Create: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- driver license (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)Work Location: Remote
