Global Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist (Remote - Guadalajara, Mexico)

**Salary**: Starting at $1,450 USD/month — negotiable based on experience

Location: Remote (based in Guadalajara, Mexico)

Are you passionate about logistics and global freight operations? We’re looking for an experienced Global Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to join our growing international team

If you have a strong background in U.S. domestic freight (LTL/FTL) and international exports (Air & Ocean) — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end coordination for LTL, FTL, Air, and Ocean export shipments.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, AES, Certificates of Origin).
- Work closely with carriers, brokers, and global partners to keep shipments on track.
- Monitor deliveries, resolve exceptions, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, EAR, and ITAR regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding or global logistics.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. domestic trucking and international air/ocean exports.
- Proficiency with systems like CargoWise, SAP, or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

**Salary**: $1,450 USD/month (negotiable depending on experience)

¿Te apasiona la logística y las operaciones internacionales? Estamos buscando un/a Especialista en Operaciones de Transporte Internacional para unirte a nuestro equipo global

Si tienes experiência en transporte nacional en EE.UU. (LTL/FTL) y en exportaciones internacionales (aéreo y marítimo), esta oportunidad es para ti.

Lo que harás
- Coordinar envíos LTL, FTL, aéreos y marítimos de exportación.
- Preparar y revisar documentación (facturas comerciales, listas de empaque, conocimientos de embarque, certificados de origen, etc.).
- Trabajar con transportistas, agentes y socios internacionales para asegurar entregas puntuales.
- Monitorear embarques, resolver incidencias y mantener una excelente comunicación con los clientes.
- Cumplir con regulaciones de aduanas de EE.UU., EAR e ITAR.

Lo que buscamos
- De 5 a 7 años de experiência en freight forwarding o logística internacional.
- Conocimiento sólido en transporte nacional e internacional (EE.UU., aéreo y marítimo).
- Manejo de sistemas como CargoWise, SAP o similares.
- Nível avanzado de inglés (escrito y hablado).
- Persona proactiva, organizada y enfocada en soluciones.

Sueldo: $25,000 MXN mensuales (negociable según experiência)
