**Descripción del puesto**:
Buscamos un becario de Recursos Humanos entusiasta y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto tendrás la oportunidad de apoyar en diversas áreas del departamento, adquiriendo una visión integral de la gestión del talento en la organización. Serás parte fundamental del equipo de Recursos Humanos y trabajarás en colaboración con los HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) para asegurar la eficiencia de los procesos internos.

**Actividades**:

- **Apoyo a los HRBP**: Asistir en la coordinación y ejecución de proyectos relacionados con el desarrollo organizacional, planificación de la fuerza laboral y bienestar de los empleados.
- **Onboarding**: Apoyo en el proceso de integración de nuevos colaboradores, asegurando que tengan una experiência positiva y adecuada durante su llegada a la empresa.
- **Gestión de base de datos**: Actualización y mantenimiento de la base de datos de empleados, asegurando que toda la información esté correcta y actualizada.
- **Gestión de documentación**: Apoyo en la gestión de documentación de empleados, contratos, altas, bajas y otras gestiones administrativas relacionadas con el área de Recursos Humanos.
- **Análisis de datos**: Colaboración en la elaboración de reportes e informes de indicadores clave de recursos humanos, como rotación, ausentismo, desempeño, entre otros.
- **Desarrollo organizacional**: Apoyo en la implementación de programas de formación, bienestar y cultura organizacional.
- **Eventos y actividades internas**: Apoyo en la organización de eventos y actividades para empleados, como capacitaciones, jornadas de salud, celebraciones y otras actividades que fomenten el compromiso organizacional.
- **Gestión de clima laboral**: Asistencia en encuestas de clima laboral y análisis de resultados para implementar acciones de mejora.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de los últimos semestres de la carrera de Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o afines.
- Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactividad, organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Ingles Intermedio
