Tu **misión **es Trabajar en colaboración con equipos de Producto y Marketing para mejorar el rendimiento comercial de las propiedades digitales de Kavak basado en una metodología de experimentación que combine indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos que permitan desarrollar nuevos productos así como facilitar la mejora constante de las iniciativas actuales de la organización.

**¿Qué actividades realizarás?**
- Levantamiento de solicitudes de AB TESTING con POs Globales
- Desarrollo, ejecución y mejoras de procesos de control
- Gestion de plataformas especializadas - Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- Reporte de resultados a Product Owners, Local Heads of Acquisition & Global Growth Directors
- Desarrollar e implementar toda la metodologia y estructura técnica para pruebas de performance de producto que incrementen los CVR en distintos flujos y funnels de adquisión (compra, venta y financiamiento) y eventualmente self service
- Exponer hipótesis que lleven a nuevas pruebas de producto basadas en incrementalidad y retención
- Proponer nuevas soluciones tecnológicas para los futuros retos globales y locales de Kavak, considerando ecosistesmas y flujos cross device

**¿Qué necesitas para postularte?**
- Licenciatura culminada
- Conocimiento de marketing
- Conocimiento de JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- Inglés avanzado
