As an Equity Research Sr. Associate you´ll analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.
- Develop and maintain financial models and industry databases related to Latam ex-Brazil coverage.
- Produce company, sector, and thematic reports and support senior analyst in research publication.
- Deliver stock and sector insights to institutional clients, building strong clients’ relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading teams.
- Stay updated on market developments.Handle client requests and provide tailored insights.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Actuary or related.
- 4+ years of equity research/investment banking experience.
- Banking accounting and regulatory framework knowledge.CFA and programming skills are preferred.
