**JOB DESCRIPTION**As an Equity Research Sr. Associate you´ll analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.- Develop and maintain financial models and industry databases related to Latam ex-Brazil coverage.- Produce company, sector, and thematic reports and support senior analyst in research publication.- Deliver stock and sector insights to institutional clients, building strong clients’ relationships.- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading teams.- Stay updated on market developments.- Handle client requests and provide tailored insights.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Actuary or related.- 4+ years of equity research/investment banking experience.- Banking accounting and regulatory framework knowledge.- CFA and programming skills are preferred.We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
