**Remote Receptionist**

Bay Property Management Group is actively seeking a dynamic **Virtual Receptionist**to provide virtual assistance. If you excel in administrative tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and transfer phone calls, providing screening when necessary.
- Maintain electronic filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility.
- Generate and distribute reports using relevant systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- English and Spanish Speaking Skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

**Salary**: $8.00/hour

Pay: $151.00 per hour
