As a Solution Engineer - Cloud & AI Infrastructure you will lead, serve and guide the technical sales process and decisions in the customers. This opportunity will allow you to be on the frontier of the Infrastructure customer business transformation in Mexico region that accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen on practical cases of Infrastructure Migration & Modernization to enable and accelerate business customer outcomes, under an environment of flexible work opportunity and state whether someone can work from home partially or fully.

Your role as a Solution Engineer - Cloud & AI Infrastructure is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Azure technology. The SE is expected to be able to both own and win customers’ technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and engagements for sales specialists to pursue. As a SE, you work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our Cloud & AI Infrastructure solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly sales targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications (RQs)**
- 7+ years Migration Infrastructure to the Cloud technical pre-sales or Migration & Modernization Infrastructure to the Cloud technical consulting experience
- OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years VMware Migration to the Cloud and to technical pre-sales or Infrastructure Migration technical consulting experience
- OR master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical Infrastructure Migration to the Cloud pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications (PQs)**
- Spanish and English fluency
- 8+ years technical Infrastructure Migration to the Cloud pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
- Partners: Experience leveraging partner solutions to solve customer needs and scale opportunities.
- Proof of Concepts: Experience creating Migration and Modernization of legacy system On-premises to Cloud as VMware, Networking, Storage drive Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers that lead to production deployments.
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ experience with Infrastructure Migration to the cloud and hybrid,
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure VMware Services, Infrastructure Architect exams, Networking Cloud Platform Technologies).

**Responsibilities**:

- Own Cloud & AI Migration & Modernization technical discussions with customers leveraging processes and tools, demos, and programs using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise to influence the customer vision; establish rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams.
- Build Cloud & AI Infrastructure Migration & Modernization technical strategy: map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment and translating technology complexity into business impact.
