**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage a team of analysts supporting Business to Business AR Collections. Assist with daily collections tasks: Collect to terms—negotiates payment plans; may need to elevate cash flow problems according to management reporting structure. Takes appropriate action such as credit hold, placement with collections; ability to work independently done with little or no guidance.
- A/R disputes—works with customer to determine reason (s) for non-payment of invoices and queries the specific invoice(s) for action by the Reconciliation Associate; works on disputes that have been researched by the Reconciliation Associate and collects outstanding balance if applicable.
- Credit—AR exposure, facilitating sales and managing risk by reviewing order release and customer master file; releasing orders as appropriate; setting limit or order release based on research; elevating to the appropriate teams as necessary. Identify bad debt and set reserve.
- Process improvement—identify root causes, recommend and implement solutions. Establish/update best collection practices.
- Acts as a technical specialist on certain types of transactions and provides guidance and assistance to junior members of the team related to this. Demonstrates independent thinking and works with little or no direction. May need guidance or approval on highly complex issues. Assists junior members of team in moderately complex situations.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of leadership/management experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating a team.
- Demonstrates strong independent decision-making skills and sound judgment in assessing situations and determining appropriate courses of action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Experience with credit review and/or analysis.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability handling escalated situations.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

**Even Better if You Have**:

- Experience with Oracle.
- Dunn and Bradstreet (D&B) Knowledge.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
