We are looking for a dynamic _customer retention specialist_ to help us retain our SaaS client's core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with their customers to _understand the challenges they face in using the SaaS platform, understand the customer's business, reason behind their intent to cancel subscription to services, and endevour to retain them through various retention strategies._
- You will work directly with the Retention team within the SaaS client company, will be trained on the products, and daily processes relevant to your job, and work with client team to retain customers and understand _how they may improve products or services.

To be successful as a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class retention specialist can improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
- Analyzing customer behavior.
- Gathering information about customer complaints.
- Developing retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
- Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
- Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
- Ensuring good and discplined client communication.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar roles with atleast 1+ years of experience in retention role soecifically.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- English level B2/C1
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with google business suite, salesforce and slack.
- Be comfortable aquiring basic knowledge of online marketing.
