Plt Market Demand Planner

Tasks

**KEY TARGETS**:
Collect, elaborate and analyze Demand Forecast based on information from Product, Sales, BI, and Finance Departments.
Based on demand forecast, adjust planning settings for ensuring critical process for product availibity, inventory performance and customer fill rate.

**MAIN TASKS**:
Elaborate the demand forecast for PLT (RE), including top Continental's customers and critical sales channels and items.
Ensure availability of products based on Demand DC, production capacity and constrains and continuous follow up of products.
**Communicate to market and stakeholders product availability**: quantities, dates and supply restrictions
Coverage analysis and planning execution at article and warehouse level considering the source, ABC classification and product status in each case. Includes:

- Review the production proposal for SLP Plant to fulfill CaMexCa product needs.
- Inventory follow up based on target coverage, market and plants conditions.
- Materials and warehouse replenishment
- Sourcing report maintenance. Adjust demand and materials planning adjust to sourcing changes.
- Downgrade supply management (from approvals to availability of tires).
- Local production and imported materials follow-up.
- Production performance follow up according to allocated volume and production schedule.

Product portfolio status follow up for demand and material planning purposes (SKU status, PPM status, SPROMAR block, SOP)
Order book follow up for forecast performance and customer expectative alignment.
ISS owner of the Order Book.
PSI (Production Sales Inventory) report elaboration and analysis of both import and local articles.
Elaborate and analyze KPIs and business performance reports. Includes, root cause analysis and action plans for improvement with Market, BU and plants.
Replenishment settings maintenance in MADA teaming up with Demand Central Team.
MADA- developed to have connected information with the different EPR's
Actively participle in continuous process projects and initiatives.
Map and document new or existing renewed processes as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelors Degree from the following fields**: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, highly desirable.

**3 to 5 years + of experience in**:
Demand planning
ERP or MES specific module process
Inventory management
Business Area knowledge

Warehouse operations
Customer Centricity
Statistical Modeling Knowledge
