**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity***

Responsible to support the execution of enterprise solutions IT foundation initiatives like archiving, TPO vulnerabilities etc for LATAM, including the requirement gathering and fulfillment continuous improvement and service stability based on the agreed SLA´s.

Keys areas of responsibility are focused leads initiatives and ensure that the plans are met according with the budget.

Deliver most of the project in the agile framework.

Based on the new IT organizational structure this rule will be implementing with solutions under his/ her responsibility, the transition to the DEV SEC OPS model.

**Your Impact.**

As ES Analyst,LatAm SAP functional your responsibilities would consist of:

- This area of technical responsibility act as functional analyst in evaluate estimate plan and develop initiatives by leading or supporting the initiatives based on scope established with the sector in global teams.
- Contribute on establishing an operate continuous delivery deployment monitoring and improvement capabilities.
- Contribute on guaranteeing solutions with high level of quality and security focused on minimum to non impact on production.
- Implement and govern testing automation process focused on time to deliver improvements in quality and security requirements facilitation.
- Resource management for proposal feasibility, project planning and execution, using internal and external resources based on the flow of requirements using Vendor Enable and Champion/ Challenger models.
- Coordinate solutions stability based on agreed SLA's within IT and the business.
- Collaborate and coordinate struggle shooting and system analysis.
- Collaborate in coordinate functional KT to the internal and external team members within LATAM ES.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Education
- Bachelors degree requires preferably system engineering or related

Experience
- Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills (SAP), technical capability and self study.
- 1-2 years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent

- Agile, Dev OPS or DevSecOps organization understanding program in project management knowledge (Desirable)

Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attract record of senior level interaction communication and presentation experience.
