Responsibilities Evaluate the supplier’s performance to meet the customer quality targets Oversee the industrialization of electric and electronics components Work along with suppliers to meet all needed activities and avoid deviation Review supplier manufacturing processes and identify potential issues Participate with supplier in the different events: Pre-series, series, capacity check, ISIR, buy offs and Q-checks Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and follow up / validation of actions Carry out supplier qualification and requalification on time Detect and promptly inform about potential risks Gather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the corresponding platforms Participate actively in regular meetings to provide status to top management and project reviews Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering or related 5 to 7 years of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes (electric and electronics components) Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001) Strong knowledge of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Good knowledge of quality processes and quality tools Good knowledge of measurement techniques, GD&T Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 or VDA 6.3 (desirable) Handling of KPIs and reporting Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) Willing to travel within Mexico Fluent English Note: This description retains original job information and responsibilities without introducing new facts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
