**Position Overview**
- Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders._

**What you'll do**
- _Complete weekly and monthly reports as required_
- _Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary_
- _Work towards the service levels agreements (SLA) and compliance standards_
- _Conduct process reviews and making suggestions for improvements_
- All other duties as assigned

**Who you are**
- _Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field._
- English skills: B2, or Above.
- _Excellent Communication_
