We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to be a critical part of shaping and growing the Marketing Team

**Job Summary**

The Marketing Automation Specialist will drive the strategy, design, and execution of digital marketing campaigns utilizing various marketing automation tools. The individual will leverage their expertise in Salesforce, Ortto (formerly Autopilot), Mail Chimp, and Twilio to maximize engagement and conversions, providing a personalized customer journey across multiple communication platforms.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute targeted, personalized digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce, Ortto, and Mail Chimp.
- Create and optimize SMS marketing campaigns through Twilio.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in strategy and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and database management to ensure efficient targeting.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and automation.

- Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Ortto, Mail Chimp, and Twilio.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- **_ Nice to Have:_** Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Salesforce, Ortto Mail Chimp or Twilio **_would be great but are not required_**
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms.
