**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Regional Marketing Specialist at Futurex, this individual will play a pivotal role in amplifying the impact of our mission in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. Responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including events, localization of corporate campaigns, and demand generation within the region; this role will be instrumental in driving the successful promotion of our cutting-edge solutions. By closely collaborating with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, especially sales, the Regional Marketing Specialist will contribute directly to our company's broader goal of shaping the future of data security and encryption in the global marketplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the VP of Enterprise Sales, LAC and the VP of Global Marketing to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
- In alignment with the sales team, plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns by collaborating with the campaign and demand generation teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the LAC region.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events across the LAC region, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Build and maintain brand awareness and consistency across all marketing channels in the LAC region.
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the LAC region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials and support the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regional, campaign, or demand-gen marketing roles in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity products and market trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- Required native or bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
