As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing compelling marketing materials, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting strategic partnerships.**Essential duties**:**Campaign and Content Management**:- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create, manage, and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.- Contribute to the creation and distribution of relevant digital and offline content aligned with brand strategy and identity.**Marketing Strategy**:- Contribute to the design and execution of marketing strategies across channels, focusing on data analysis for business growth, brand visibility, and user acquisition and retention.**Strategic Partnership Development and Management**:- Support in identifying collaboration opportunities with partners, influencers, and platforms in the financial and technological fields.- Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with vendors or business partners.**Data Analytics**:- Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like PPC and CPA to evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness.- Utilize analytical tools to gather insights and support data-driven decisions.- Contribute to analyzing campaign performance and conducting A/B tests for optimization.**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:- Contribute to market analysis and tracking competition to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance marketing strategies.**We are looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the financial or technological sector.- Web analytics proficiency (Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity).- English proficiency.**We offer**:- Growth opportunities.- A great multicultural working environment.- Benefits above legal requirements.**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 03810, Ciudad de México
